Al Hanna was raised in Southern California prior to attending Chico State University where he earned a BA degree in Communications in 1978.

Upon graduation, he was accepted into the management training program at Warner Communications. Specializing in the recording industry, Hanna would eventually become the National Director of Marketing and Merchandising for recording artists such as The Eagles, Jackson Brown, Linda Ronstadt, Joni Mitchell and others. He then moved into the real estate field in the mid 1980's, prior to joining the executive search industry in 1989.

Hanna, striving to provide proven executive search, management consulting capabilities to the A/E/C industry, founded Hanna & Associates, Inc. in 1992. Since then, H&A, Inc. has become well respected in the A/E/C community.

Al Hanna currently lives in Colorado Springs. He enjoys hiking Colorado's fourteener's, competing in triathlons, marathons, and reading.

Lisa joins the Hanna & Associates team after 8 years as a licensed real estate professional where she learned the art of matching client's need and wants with opportunities in the marketplace. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance from CSULB and enjoys snowboarding & reading when she's not chasing after her twin daughters and young son.

Renee brings a wealth of experience in human relations. She has successfully transitioned from the real estate business in California. Her skills in representing the interest of candidate and client has won her the praise of current clients. Renee is based in Orange County and works the US and International markets. She is completing a masters program at the Univ. of Santa Monica with an emphasis in human behavior.
